INSTALLATION
- 1Download the game client & launcher using the buttons above
- 2Extract the ZIP file to your desired folder
- 3Install the launcher in the same folder
- 4Run BlackthornLauncher.exe
- 5Create your account and start playing!
IMPORTANT
If you have downloaded the Blackthorn Client or launcher before, please delete them before downloading the new one.
FASTER LOAD TIMES
To speed up the load time of your DAoC game, you might need to set game1127.dll as a process exception:
- 1Open Windows Security by clicking the Windows icon and typing "Windows Security"
- 2Click on "Virus & threat protection"
- 3Scroll down and click on "Manage settings" under Virus & threat protection settings
- 4Scroll down to "Exclusions" and click on "Add or remove exclusions"
- 5Select "process"
- 6Type in game1127.dll
- 7Confirm the addition
