Keep hookpoints should have more NPC options

Currently keep hook points only offer Hastener and Healer NPCs for purchase. While the Healer can be useful, the Hastener is obsolete due to the gate Hastener.


Please add additional NPC options for purchase:

• Arrow/Bolt/ThrownWeapons/Poison combo merchant (depending on realm)
• Vault and Account Vault
• Recharger
• Smith

Alternatively those could be added as default NPC on the ground level of the CK.

people just want to live in the keeps now? Where is the toilet and hot pocket hook points....
