Offer a "Pay it forward" donation option at the orb NPC in the BG

I usually end up with way more orbs than I can realistically use in the BG and wonder what to do with them unless I can find a player myself to give them to.


My idea would be to offer a "pay it forward" option at the Orb NPC that allows players to donate their spare orbs for the greater good of the realm.
1 Orb = 5 Contribution


For every 10 Orbs donated by players, any player can request a random item for a slot of their choice. (Capped at 5 donations max per character)
If there were no Orbs donated, no free equipment is available.
