Reforge/Extraction process could do with some streamlining

In its current iteration the entire extraction process works like this:
  1. Run to your exposed keep (usually this means porting to Bled/DC/Beno, or running over from the next closest keep)
  2. "Prime" the item for extraction by spending frontier resources and veil dust
  3. farm XP for the item until it reaches 100%
  4. Return to a keep to finish the extraction (costs resources AGAIN)
  5. Start reforge process on an item where you want to use the skin/glow, requires you to be at the exposed keep again
  6. Costs more resources to start reforging
  7. Applying skin/glow costs resources again

EDIT: For clarification, when I say "costs resources", it costs resources of all three types + veil dust. So you cannot just go for a walk in your frontier and collect some.

You cannot carry enough resources to go through this process without running back and forth between your exposed keep and your border keep multiple times, or wiping yourself in the next best mob spot because running is lame.

My suggestions to streamline the process:
  1. Allow priming an item for extraction at ANY keep (I'd even go as far to allow doing this anywhere at any time)
  2. Add a "return to border keep" one-way teleporter to every keep that can be used once every 120 minutes and does not work when the keep is under siege
  3. Allow using of frontier resources from your account vault and vault to start/finish extraction, starting reforing and applying a skin/glow
  4. Block accidental wasting of foreign realm resources by only allowing speeding up the reforging process with the home-realm resource.
