Windows XP compatible launcher

Hello, it's my first time posting here.
I've learned about this freeshard about two days ago (just like I learned about DAoC lol)
This server seems like an awesome idea. As a person that never have the chance of playing this game during the "golden era" a modernised old school experience sounds very interesting and worth checking out, and since this game got released in 2001 it would be fitting to be able to play this game on a OS from 2001. It would make for such an awesome nostalgia trip especially for people that were playing at launch.
I'll admit that I know that there are security risks with supporting old operating systems like this but this would be quite an awesome experience, especially on a CRT display.
My idea is not to ditch the current launcher as it does it's job very well, but rather have a launcher for legacy systems that don't require NET 8.0
My suggestion should not be top priority but rather something cool to consider in the future.
Thanks for reading.
