Realm Standing Tinder Buff should increase fire item duration instead of the buff

The realm standing buff to tinder duration is one of my favorite standing effects and it is very convenient when all players have that buff.
Sadly it becomes an annoyance and downright useless when you group with other players and not everyone has the same standing bonus.
This results in some players profiting from the buff, and some no longer profiting from the buff.
The mismatch in duration means the players who have the buff basically do not have any advantage since the campfire has to be refreshed frequently anyway for the other players.
My suggestion would be that either:

My suggestion would be that either:
- One player with the standing buff to tinder duration extends that effect to the entire group
or - the Buff effect has the same duration for everyone, but the actual tinder item placed on the ground is increased in duration by the standing buff instead, which would ALSO affect the entire group (but it would require remaining in one spot).
