Friar

Friars are in a decent spot for solo and smallman, but perform somewhat underwhelmingly in a full group setting. Our aim is to give the class a few more perks in order to bring him up to par in that regard.
 
Overall
  • Tertiary attribute changed from Strength to Dexterity.
  • Cure disease/poison range increased to 2000.
  • Group Heal cast time reduced from 3.0s to 2.8s.
  • Reduced the re-use timer of Taunt from 30s to 20s
 
Rejuvenation Spec Line
  • Added Cure Nearsight level 17, 7 second cast time, affected by cast speed, 2000 range
  • Decreased the Group HoT cast time from 4.0s to 3.6s, 3.4s, 3.2s
  • Major Heals cast speed reduced by .1 per spell of a higher level
 
Enhancement Spec Line
  • Doubled the values from the Fatigue reduction self-buff
 
Staff
  • [Level 2] Spinning Staff GR increased from 0.000 to 0.301
  • [Level 8] Defender’s Fury GR increased from 0.370 to 0.421
  • [Level 10] Quick Strike No longer follows Defender’s Fury, now is a Behind Target positional To hit bonus increased to 10 from 0 GR increased from 0.610 to 0.718
  • [Level 18] Friar’s Friend GR increased from 0.679 to 0.769
  • [Level 34] Holy Staff Now a follow-up style after “Quick Strike” Fatigue reduced from High to Medium GR increased from 0.593 to 0.897 Now has a Snare effect of 19s
  • [Level 50] Excommunicate Now applies an Attack Speed Decrease, 28% value for 20s
