Blackthorn

Template Builder

We are proud to introduce a custom in-game template builder that allows you to build, browse, organize, and store templates. You can use this builder to submit Craft Orders directly to a pool of crafters, who can then fulfill your orders and deliver the items directly to your inventory.

Building a Template

To open the Template Builder, type /template
notion image

Enter a name for your template and select a class.
notion image

Hover over any item slot and click it to enter stats for that item.
notion image

That item slot will open. Select the “Undefined” field to enter Stats, Resists, Hit Points (H.P.), Power, Focus, or Skills.
notion image

As you enter stats, you’ll notice that the Template Builder tells you which gems those attributes correspond to. The utility will update and will change color depending on how close you are getting to the maximum allowable utility.
notion image

You can also click the magnifying glass to search our Item Database. Remember, you’ll need to have first unlocked the Item Database by collecting Tomes. If you have unlocked items, you can import them directly into your Template Builder.

Submitting Craft Orders

As you build your template, you have the option to create Craft Orders within the Template Builder and submit those orders directly to crafters for fulfillment.

To make a Craft Order, first click the item slot in the template that needs to be crafted. Add the stats you want on that Craft Order.
Note that if you want the armor/weapon itself (in addition to the spellcrafting) you’ll need to enter the Armor type as shown below. The quality will auto-populate 99% or 100% quality depending on the imbue stats entered (e.g. if your imbue points are 35/37.5, 100% is required).

Now, select “Make Order”.
notion image

A pop-up will open to confirm the item and spellcrafting.
notion image

Your Craft Order is now submitted to crafters. To view your Craft Orders, go back to the home screen of /template and click My Orders.
notion image
Your pending Craft Orders will be displayed.

Crafters: Fulfilling Craft Orders

So you’re an LGM crafter looking to fulfill Craft Orders to help your realm mates and make some gold. Here’s how it works:
Type /craft to open the Blackthorn Crafting UI. Click Orders at the top of the UI.
notion image

You’ll see submitted Craft Orders (and any orders that you accepted). In this example I can see that Ttom ordered an armor piece + 4 spellcrafted gems.
notion image

Clicking the Craft Order will open up the details.
notion image

If this is an order you want to quote a price on, click Gold amount and enter your quoted price. Click Request when you are ready to send the player your price.
notion image

The player who submitted the Craft Order will get a notification in their Template Builder with your quoted price. They can Decline or Accept your price. This is what it looks like from their perspective:
notion image

If they Accept, they will see that their Craft Order is assigned to you, the crafter, for fulfillment.
notion image

From within your /craft UI, you will now see that you have an Accepted order. Craft the item and then click Fulfill to send the item directly to the player.

Craft Orders FAQ

Q: When I submit a Craft Order, is money taken out of my inventory?
A: No, no money is taken up front. Crafters will view your order and send you their quoted price on how much they would charge to make your Craft Order. You will receive an in-game notification and can accept or decline the offer from a Crafter. If you accept, then the money comes out of your inventory.

Q: What happens after the Crafter fulfills my Craft Order?
A: The item is automatically delivered to your account vault. If your account vault has no space, then the item is delivered to your inventory. If your inventory has no space, then the fulfil is blocked.

Q: If I want to further haggle over price, what do I do?
A: Use the traditional means of sending the player directly.
