Dynamic Home Realm Porting

The Home Realm teleport system allows players to quickly return to locations within their own realm. Home Realm teleportation is only activated based on the average enemy player activity in their home frontier:
- Less than 40 players: Primary Port is available
- Less than 80 players: Secondary Port is available
- More than 80 players: No Home Realm Port is available.
Note: Only 1 portal location can be active at a time.
Portal Guards will protect the port spawn location and a 10 second immunity timer will be granted.

To use Home Realm teleporting:
- Travel to your realm's main relic keep:
- Albion: Castle Excalibur
- Hibernia: Dun Lamfhota
- Midgard: Mjollner Faste
- Locate the Ancient Teleporter inside the relic keep.
- Interact with the teleporter to access the Home Realm dynamic teleport destinations.
Design Goals
Requiring players to travel to their realm's relic keep before teleporting serves several gameplay objectives:
- Encourages player movement through the Frontiers instead of bypassing them.
- Creates natural opportunities for solo and small-group RvR encounters along common travel routes.
- Gives enemy realms meaningful locations to intercept travelers.
- Allows defenders to secure safe travel for their realm by patrolling and clearing areas around their border and relic keeps.
- Makes the Frontiers feel more active by turning travel itself into part of the Realm vs. Realm experience.
This system is intended to create a lightweight but consistent RvR gameplay loop, where routine travel contributes to a living, contested frontier rather than simply serving as downtime between battles.
