Delete Thid after i50 going foward

Please delete Thid. It won't be needed once we can actually RvR.

We think Thid has its place for the mid game and early access to both RvR action and gear while leveling. For now, there's no plans to remove it, but of course we want to incentivize players to get into proper RvR as soon as they can as a population split isn't what we aim for.

What a silly thought. YOU may not want to play in it. That doesn't mean the option shouldn't be there for others. It will always be a viable training ground for new or returning players, or folks getting familiar with a brand-new-to-them class. Just as there will always be folks that want to be a big fish dominating a small pond, who will twink the daylights out of toons. That will not ever change, either.

RP from ticks and CK take should be much lower imo.

I think this should he circled back on if pop is split between rvr/thid.
Thats someone that will be running thid but wont be going to live there with a twink.
