Is there a list of the highest values, so we dont try to farm endlessly, hoping for that slightly better proc. (when in reality, you already got it)?

-DAoC since 1st of april 2002- and yet never really got any good at it.

I’d expect these items to be found under /items once you’ve unlocked the zone.

mhh, i'm not sure about this, a ROG is an unique drop, it depends on several factors, but i don't expect to have more than one drop each unique item

From my point of view, i see them as enhancement during the journay.
You template yourself not considering such drop. If along the way you get one very nice and you want to use it, you build another template on it.
Also because, there will be no seasons, and durability of gears must be taken into account

Generally speaking they will be on par with what you can get from those mobs already, or a little higher. But the best proc/charge values do not exceed the highest existing values (Dragon/Legion).

Will there be any options to turn the unique drops into skin patterns or something?
Would be nice to be able to farm for the skins and gett access to the cosmetics without the requirement of redoing your template.

It's part of the top tier crafter rewards of our realm standing system. The highest tier even allows you to permanently store a skin in a certain keep, which allows you to reforge that skin onto items from then on.

PS: I see the link is broken atm, but it will get fixed
